Being a teenager is a time of remarkable change and transition. Having a regular yoga practice to support this can be invaluable, giving our teenagers tools to help them navigate the increasingly complicated world in which we find ourselves. From helping with managing anxiety and stress, to providing a safe, non competitive space to be yourself, yoga is fast becoming the solution with beneficial side effects!
I am also currently working with other local teachers on a programme of yoga for exam stress. We hope to implement this at local schools this year.
